Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the purchase is completed.

Live Events, Courses, and Subscriptions

  1. Live Events: Refund requests for live events must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the event date. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
